Ordering

 

Impera Straps hope there is no dissatisfaction about the product, however; for any reason customer may return new, unused, and re-sellable items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange. Similar packaging should be used in order to protect it during shipping. Items that do not meet this criteria will be denied.

 

Please note that color variations occur in all monitors. The color that you see on your monitor may vary slightly from the actual product.  Leather is a natural product and will have slight variations in the color.  When in use, your strap will develop a natural patina.

 

If there is no mistake with the order due to Impera Straps, customer is responsible for return shipping. Original copy of the receipt or packing slip should be included in returned items.

Missing & Returned Orders

 

Impera Straps send all orders as registered mail with a track & trace number. In this process there is a possibility that an order has gone missing in the mail.  

If order is missing in the mail, firstly an investigation will be launched with the postal provider. If that investigation does not locate the send product, customer's order will be re-send.

If order cannot be delivered due to an insufficient address provided by customer, and is returned to us, the cost of additional shipping is the responsibility of customer.
